little birdies

Cupcakes for a birthday lady that loves birds and flowers.
I thought that the little birds came out adorable! I would have liked to make more, but as it is they took way longer than I thought that they would.
Royal icing flowers, on vanilla buttercream.
I just love the bright colors - such happy cupcakes!

(oh, and I finally bought some cupcake boxes. I have cupcake insert for my other boxes, but only in multiples of 6 or 24. I love the new boxes!)
