Little League team snacks from the coaches! Obviously, the team this year was the Minnesota Twins.
If you're curious, I iced the rounds in solid royal icing. I piped the "M" logo on waxpaper over printouts. Once dry, I poped them off and 'glued' them to the cookie with more royal icing.
