A winter treat for my brother-in-law. I wanted to come up with something quick and pretty, since I didn't have a lot of time. I really liked how these came out, especially for "just making it up as I went along."Vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla, chocolate-hazelnut, and raspberry buttercream filling. Vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache icing.Chocolate fondant with royal icing snowflakes and white chocolate fondant chocolate snowflakes.
surprisingly yummy little toppers! (not that I thought that they would taste bad, but I thought that they were yummy enough to stand alone :)
